2. Cardiovert with AICD. However I like none of these answers, you would defibrilate not cardiovert pulseless vtach however I can’t choose answer A because lidocaine is no longer in the ACLS algorithm and a sodium channel blocker is the last thing he needs. He does need an AICD but again if he is pulseless, you shouldn’t be cardioverting.
